Our refund and returns policy last 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or partial refund

We sell digital products and services that can not be returned to us once it is used by a user. Before you purchase our service, please read our refund and return policy.

How to request a refund?

A customer who has purchased our service will only be entitled to request for refund. We will not take refund request from someone on behalf of the customer until the customer call or emails and appoint the same person.

The customer has to call our Toll Free +1-888-652-9580 or email us at support@rootsmagicsupport.com to request a refund. Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds on chat or text.

In what cases we do not accept refunds?

If the customer has paid for a one-time service and the service was delivered to the customer.

Customers request a refund after 30 days.

Someone else contacts us for a refund on behalf of the customer.

If a customer purchases a digital product and the product is installed on the customer’s PC and if the customer asks for a refund for the same digital product. We do not accept a refund even if it is within 30 days. A digital product can not be resold and that is why we do not accept refund requests for digital products.

Since we sell services and digital products. it can not be exchanged once it is used.
